Heading towards the end of Paper 1 Crime and Punishment with Y10. We love this multiple choice format! Questions increase in difficulty, all topics covered and easy to amend once built. Then when completed, a perfect ‘one point of reference’. #historyteacher

I've enjoyed planning and teaching the Cold War (fully through!) for the first time and have got to the revision section of the first key topic.. hopefully this sheet is helpful to students, but would welcome any feedback/tweaks :) #historyteacher #gcsehistory #edexcelhistory

@RonayneMiss If it can be of help I put together a ‘PowerPoint’ tips and tricks sheet. Hopefully there are some useful ideas there.

Still advocating ‘one point of reference’ formats to aid student revision. My latest attempt is the ‘Dashboard’ approach. This A Level Thatcherism example focuses on organising content in themes, brief explanations/key statistics as a foundation for further study. #historyteacher

Why was there rapid progress in the development of penicillin? A little bit of guided reading. Getting the pupils to look at the factors that contributed to the development of penicillin. The pupils identified the factors and then colour coded them #historyteacher

What a fantastic day we’ve had. The lovely Alison from Unique and Loved came in and delivered a workshop to the children in celebration of #expressyourselfday ☺️ We have celebrated our individuality and looked at the things that make US unique 🤩 pictures of artwork to follow!

Going through a sleep regression/teething and I’m back at work in a week … let’s hope we can turn this around 😂🙈
