@RoninX136 @MelisaOngMiQin0 Valid points. But I think price is one of the biggest factor. Where I live, most Switch games are €10 above the PS5 counterpart. Discs are cheaper to produce. Also when it's proprietary, it also factors into the costs. And I don't see them willing to use standard formats.

I mostly buy physical to own the product. (Or rather so I can play it even when I'm offline). But I know a lot aren't complete and need downloads or updates to work. I've even been locked out of games before. I feel like this defeats the purpose of buying physical 😥
