A man traveling in Egypt booked an Uber to the airport for 250 Egyptian pounds (about $4.83). Midway through the trip, the driver stopped on the highway and demanded $250 USD instead of the agreed fare.
The driver is refusing to continue unless paid, leaving the passenger in a difficult position. Getting out risks losing his luggage, while paying the demand isn’t a viable option. In this situation, where the driver is effectively trapping him with limited choices, what would you do?
@nebulnotes@HalawaMark@MiddleEast_24 In Egypt they hate westerners especially us and UK bc they had a war with them and if they’re gonna come atleast they will gain some money from them
@HalawaMark@MiddleEast_24 This is what's wrong with people like you Egyptians? As a Muslim, you do not try to backtrack or haggle a haram salary just because someone is a foreigner
