We have a new member of the week! Like always, we close another productive week by showcasing our community MVP: @RonnyRoy123. Ritesh Kumar Mandal, also known as Riteshbhai within the Reform DAO Discord, originates from India and has been a member since January 2024. His journey began through a friend's introduction, and he quickly became intrigued by the organization's mission. Ritesh's Contributions to the Community Ritesh's friend introduced him to Reform DAO, sparking his interest. After thorough research, Ritesh discovered the three types of airdrops available for completing specific tasks. This motivated him to participate actively. Through his involvement in the project, Ritesh made numerous friends and found a community he enjoys being part of. Ritesh's active participation in the chat earned him the Diamond OG role in the Discord community. He consistently engages with members, sharing valuable information about Reform DAO and submitting questions to keep the conversation lively and engaging. Ritesh ensures that members are well-informed about events and updates. He assists members with completing testnet tasks and teaches them about the airdrop program and academy chapters. His involvement in various events like chase games, treasure hunts, and rumble has fostered camaraderie within the community. Ritesh's Story Ritesh Kumar Mandal is a 19-year-old residing in a small village in Jharkhand, located in the North East of India. He enjoys village life for its pleasant atmosphere and the communal celebration of festivals. Ritesh assists his family in agricultural activities. His father, a farmer, imparts valuable life lessons and dreams of Ritesh securing a good job. His mother is the best in the world to him. Ritesh enjoys playing cricket, traveling to new places, and meeting new people. Ritesh completed his intermediate studies in bio-science in 2022 and is pursuing a Zoology degree from SKMU University in Dumka. Ritesh ventured into the crypto market in December 2022. The initial challenges included understanding blockchain technology, navigating various cryptocurrencies and exchanges, and ensuring the secure storage of digital assets. Despite the market's volatility, Ritesh persevered through patience, research, and guidance from trusted sources. Over time, he overcame these challenges and gained confidence in crypto. Although he has learned a great deal, he acknowledges that there is always more to learn and improve upon. Fun Fact Ritesh believes that the inspiration behind meeting Reform DAO stems from Satoshi Nakamoto, whom he considers a legendary figure and a genius. Satoshi Nakamoto's influence has undoubtedly played a role in shaping the development of many, including the journey Ritesh embarked upon with Reform DAO.
