So Olly Robbins won’t answer questions that he claims are related to ‘national security’ but wasn’t allowed to see why Mandelson was considered dodgy on his DV documentation without a national security justification? Come again?

🚨 GREEN PARTY SHOCK: Antisemitism Scandal Candidate READMITTED! Joe Belcher, now Green candidate for Rushall-Shelfield in Walsall’s 7 May 2026 local elections was suspended by the party in 2024 after vile posts. He claimed ISIS was run by a Mossad agents, suggested Israeli and Hamas leaders “conspired” on the October 7 attacks “for financial gain,”. This happened before Zack Polanski’s leadership rise. Now fully back in the fold under the new leadership, standing for election. This is the Green Party on full display.

Sir OIly Robbins sounds a little emotional as he winds up: "I don’t fully understand the reasons that I’m in the position I am in. But that is for the separate process for me to try to get to the bottom of. ... I loved that job, I loved that institution, I was proud to serve this Government and any government that might follow it. "I hope I was doing it to the best of my ability, I was certainly doing it as hard as I possibly could. I had wonderful colleagues who I miss deeply."

Who has been Starmer’s biggest benefactor since he became Labour leader? The donation for Starmer’s leadership campaign in 2020 that gained the most attention was the late declaration of £50,000 given by Sir Trevor Chinn. But what didn’t receive any attention was the £100,000 given to him by Lord Waheed Alli. Lord Alli continued thereafter to festoon the Starmers with donations, free use of his penthouse and all sorts of luxury gifts. Lord Alli has been central to the Starmer project and, as we now know, shared an office in Downing Street with Morgan McSweeney. Lord Alli was given the task of raising funds for Labour’s 2024 election campaign while McSweeney and his organisation Labour Together vetted and chose the candidates. Many believe that all this was done under the auspices of Peter Mandelson. Mandelson’s influence on McSweeney, Lord Alli and Starmer cannot be underestimated. Mandelson and Waheed Alli’s friendship goes back many years. Mandelson plotted the 1997 election campaign from Waheed Alli’s home in Kent. Alli was made a life peer in July 1998 and became Baron Waheed Alli. He was introduced to the House of Lords by Baroness Margaret Jay. In 2008 Peter Mandelson became a life peer and was ennobled as Baron Mandelson. He was introduced to the Lords by Lord Charles Falconer and Baroness Margaret Jay. All the incessant talk and speculation about who pushed Starmer to appoint Mandelson as US ambassador but nowhere is there any mention of Lord Alli in these discussions. Maybe he didn’t have any influence on Starmer’s decision but I would tend to believe otherwise considering just how much influence he’s had on Starmer’s political career and life thus far. Peter Mandelson made Waheed Alli an important part of the New Labour project and gave him the standing and influence that came with his peerage. I can’t help thinking that Lord Alli would have returned the favour and used his considerable influence over Starmer to get Mandelson that prestigious US ambassadorship that he coveted so much.

Calling for NJ's head without seeing where we finish this season is crazy. Right this minute hes done the required job. The summer transfer window is huge. If the way we play is the same next season, and results follow suit, justifiably calls for his head should be heard #cafc

Today, right after the call of “Allahu Akbar” at dawn, the regime in Iran, placed a noose around this young man’s neck and kicked the chair from under his feet, so he would struggle, suffocate, and die. Yes this is happening in 21st century. They executed him because he went to protest with empty hands and said he wanted freedom. His name is Amirali Mirjafari. He was only 22 years old. They called him a “leader” of the protests. But they never said when he was arrested, how he was tortured, or how he was tried. Because everything was done in silence, a silence enforced by threats against his family. They imprisoned him in silence. They tortured him in silence. They tried him in silence. And they executed him in silence. Dozens of protesters have been executed the same way. Yet many political leaders in the West, who suddenly worry about “international law”, after a military strike against Ali Khamenei and members of IRGC have not said a single word about these barbaric killings. Why? Why is there silence when young civilians are hanged for demanding freedom?

Importantly I noticed two Conservatives MPs asked if it’s possible other political appointees have failed vetting. The target is Powell I assume and Starmer said he’d ‘have to get back’ so he knows there’s probably a problem? Does everything go back to #Chagos China? @JChimirie66677 @afneil @Jacob_Rees_Mogg
