@AskPS_ANZ under the Australian consumer law “Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles” has not met it’s intended purpose and is a faulty product. Which I cannot use in my country. the developers have addressed and it won’t be fixed. I am entitled to a refund so can I stop being ignored
