@Spawn0fSparda Not the games.people! Not the fucking games! This is done however and for whatever reason the creators of the SHOW want. There are Easter eggs from the game, sure but this is not an 1:1 adaptation it the game! Dante is not consistent in the games!! Please learn to read and think!

You don't know what character development is and you don't know the games either.
In the last game, Dante took one beating so severe he went into a coma for one month. You don't need to nerf the character several times to give him a challenge, the writers lack creativity.

Because it is A show, it is not THE game. For the show to work like one, he needs to have his ups and downs (and more downs) so he can experience something like building character development or some shit like that. Also kinda cannon to how every game is diff Dante, same here ig.
