@bp_plc I received a letter from QDR Solicitors to advise I did not pay for my fuel on the 26th of March 2026 however I have a receipt to prove this , the fault lies with BP & the payment machine in the service station as it picked up the employees details and not mine !!

@bp_plc i spoke with Careline 2 weeks ago with a complaint and was advised they would get back to me , and I am still waiting!!! How can a big Organisation like BP be so unprofessional, you really don’t care about customers your just about profits , shame on you!!!
