@RoomsToGo horrible delivery customer service to a loyal customer who purchases 25-30 sofas a year from you. Delivery driver told me he was there delivering. Never showed up. My maintenance tech is still sitting at a condo 4 hours later and now they are telling me will not deliver today. I’ve already paid for the merchandise, old sofas are gone, guests arriving this afternoon to a condo with no sofas. Ridiculous to treat top clients like this and offer NO SOLUTION! And no communication except me calling to beg for help!

@RoomsToGo 9:46 step in to the store at Dadeland mall. Doors were opened. I was asked to leave because the store opens ate 10 am . 14 minutes later. What a stupid way to lose a customer.
@RoomsToGo so...is the owner's son-in-law still the store manager at the Gandy location? if you even still have the Gandy location...he's a scumbag and doesn't understand customer service. maybe the owner's daughter got rid of that scumbag, and maybe the company did too LOL.
@RoomsToGo Update: after a supervisor AND whoever responded to the email I sent to this address BOTH said they’d get back to me yesterday with an ETA, I received no information. None. So, still waiting.
@RoomsToGo heads up, do not count on getting any furniture fixed in a timely fashion if you purchase from RTG. My sofa has had two issues in less than a year. I am being strung along, told that they have no information on when this one tiny piece will get to me, to fix it myself.

@RoomsToGo I was expecting an order to be delivered today. All set up and then they call and say we are outside of 30 mile delivery area. We bought in Ocala and live in Wildwood. Why would our delivery be on a truck in Tampa? Unacceptable.

@RoomsToGo When I reached out about my order issue the wrong pieces were brought and it was stated my delivery would be completed refunded and that never happened. I reached out here and spoke with someone in customer service and now crickets. How do we make this right???

Terrible service today. Delivery guys were awesome and polite but didn’t pay attention to the fact they had the wrong size footboard and rails. My 4 year old will now have to sleep on the floor and your your customer service said no delivery till Wed.

@RoomsToGo $1,500 couch should last longer than a year. It's under manufacturer waranty for a year. 3 years extended waranty through another company that will cover it in May. You guys sent someone out here, said we could throw it n compactor. Now they say it doesn't warrant new!
