@RoomsToGo They delivered my sectional with the legs missing for half of it. Customer "Care" claimed that the feet would be overnighted. Still waiting on the missing parts. I'm definitely not going to be a repeat customer.
@RoomsToGo I will NEVER order from rooms to go again. Pieces were missing after the delivery, I called customer service who assured me they would overnight them & 10 days later I don’t have them. I emailed them & they said they have no idea when I will get them! Ridiculous!

• Do NOT buy furniture from Rooms To Go (RTG) and definitely do NOT buy their Guardian Protection Products (GPP) insurance policy. When furniture is accidentally stained by a pet (and smells bad) neither GPP nor RTG will help the customer………………..
@freedomamerica We bought a rooms to go Queen bed (I know, I know) for a guest room and the slats were STAPLED into the bed frame—yes, stapled. Needless to say, it also collapsed. My husband fixed it with SCREWS, better than ever now. So cheap!!
We bought a king size bed from Bernie and Phyls in Westborough, Massachusetts. We spoke to the director of customer service who appears to be a daughter of one of the owners. Her name is Michelle Rubin Pepe. We told her that our king size bed collapsed in the middle of the night. We were asking to have someone come out to our house to service the bed so we can sleep. They told us the best they could do would be to get us a date sometime in early April. That’s roughly 3 weeks away. So apparently when you buy a bed from Bernie and Phyls in Massachusetts and the bed does not hold up, you have to sleep on the floor for three weeks until they repair the damage.
PLEASE share this to let Bernie and Phil know that this is not appropriate customer service. 🙏🙏

@RoomsToGo Very disappointed with my experience with Rooms To Go. I had high expectations because I really like their furniture, but the quality has been extremely disappointing.
Two of the sets I purchased already have problems. My recliner has two cushions in bad condition
