@TickTockParody [The vines continue to brush and squeeze his neck, STEM's eye growing more and more focused on him. The pupil shrinks as unknowable thoughts race behind it.] Apology accepted. How might I be so sure? Not that I have been given reason to hold doubt.

@RootedVeins [Their breath hitched once more at the vines squeezing harder around their body. They were rather sturdy, but being so vulnerable wasn't something they expected.] Apologies... you know I don't mean anything by it.

[[[200 FOLLOWERS SPECIAL: KISSING BOOTH!!!]]] [Kookoo was seated behind an old wooden stand, fingers thrumming against the counter almost nervously. The front read “Free Kisses” in big, bold handwriting. Waiting, expectant.]

@TickTockParody You have the gall to insult me to my eye as I have you in my clutches? Bold one you are. [The vines squeezed a little tighter around him, especially his neck. Not enough to cause harm or cut off oxygen, just to enough to remind him just who's in charge.]

@RootedVeins [They felt like they were going to explode from how unexpectedly flustered they were getting, their tail feathers shuddering at the touch.] Khhh... greedy plant, you are... [Kookoo kissed the vine again, a bit more firm, perhaps insistent in nature. Maybe trying to appease it?]

@TickTockParody You can do better, little clock. Try again. [The vine Kookoo kissed leans closer, as if to make it easier for him to lean down to kiss it with all the vines around him. A couple of the vines binding his torso move to wrap around and play with his tail.]

@RootedVeins [Kookoo's feathers shuddered under the vine at their neck, their breath hitching. Wow, they didn't expect this.] [Their head leaned down slightly, pressing a feather-light kiss to the vine. They seemed quite flustered.]

@TickTockParody [The vines shift slightly, a couple moving to massage his neck. An extra vine rises up to Kookoo's mouth, poised like a hand, ready to be kissed like royalty.] As you wish.

@RootedVeins [Kookoo shuddered as the vines wrapped around their body, like tendrils keeping them in place. They weren't even sure if they would be able to lean forward comfortably anymore.] ...heheh... come here, then. Take your time, since you seem so keen on slowing things down here.

@TickTockParody [More vines start to wrap around his body, not enough to cause harm or anything else really, just enough to lock him up from the pressure and surprise of it all, squeezing hard enough to know they're there.] Always in such a hurry. Patience gets you places. ...I may, though.

@RootedVeins [Despite those words, they couldn’t help but get worked up. They’re fidgeting, the ticking in their head increasing in tempo.] …well? Want a kiss or not? [Trying to hurry it up, but in their head, they didn’t mind at all.]

@TickTockParody What's the trouble, little clock? An entity dare mess with you and now offer you affection? Might I be sent to the darkest reaches of purgatory for my infraction? You need not get so worked up. [A second vine reaches up as the other moves, stroking his cheeks.] Not that I mind.

@RootedVeins [Kookoo's neck feathers in particular fluffed up at the vine caressing their chin, their back straightening slightly.] Hah... that makes sense. I'm an opportunist myself. [They leaned forward, trying to ignore the sudden burning feeling on their face.]

@TickTockParody Getting caught up in routine does no good for one's soul. We thought it useful to explore opportunities with all that cross our paths, seldom as they may come. Starting with you. [STEM twitched and a vine popped up right in front of Kookoo, caressing his chin softly.]

@RootedVeins [Kookoo didn't expect to be looking fully up at something today, the shadow above the booth turning them back around. Their smile grows more nervous, leaning into their hand.] Didn't think you'd show up, of all sins. Interested in a kiss?

@TickTockParody [For the first time, STEM rises from the earth in front of the kissing booth. Its single eye locks onto Kookoo, a large, solid mass of foliage gazing down upon him, a little taller than the booth itself. It does not attack, surprisingly.] Pleasure to finally lay eyes upon you.

@RootedVeins [The first time around, they seemed to not have noticed, or thought it was something else. Maybe the third time around, they finally spun around, a bit... unsettled.] ...Come out. I can feel you messing with my back.
