@RootsUpPod Not sure myself, but Minnesota's gotta be on the list. Has NPSL, WPSL, and UPSL conferences almost entirely built in-state, the NPSL conference being one a source of big clubs on and off the pitch. Not to mention the amazing level provided by the MASL, MRSL, DASL, etc.
