@wholesomemaxing - 30g oats - cinnamon powder - vanilla extract - splenda - 50g white eggs - almond milk sf Blend everything and then put it on low heat in a pot, keep stirring bc if not, it will stick. Stir it until it reaches the consistency you want and if it is too thick, add water

Due to extra circumstances here I’ve had multiple mini pani k attacks over the last 2 days. I’ve made it through though and no matter what, different than planned but I got muself out now. I will be out tomorrow before noon. I will never ever take that for granted. #edtwt

@dairymaxxing I even honored it for a longer while and was intuitively maintaining bmi 13-low 14 for a year. Fully honored crazy hunger for and ate cakes etc very often not even restricting quantities for like at least half a year (I go crazy during fal winter so over that time =crazy)

has anyone at a low-low-ish bmi ever dealt with extreme hunger by purposefully honoring it temporarily and then successfully lost the weight again? how did that impact you? how much did you gain? how long did it take you to lose again?
