Gm fam. When you treat trading like real life scenarios everything start to make more sense. Is a 200$ pair of shoes a good purchase when it was 100$ last week? Obviously not and yet most individuals would rather fomo into a pumping asset than a discounted one. Talking about discounts here, would you purchase those pair of shoes at 40$ when it was 100$ last week? Those pair of shoes would definitely get a lot more attractive. Again seems logic right? And yet again in a trading environment many would look at the market differently. For those unaware if it really does go like this just look at every market cycle so far or even last months events. The biggest gainers are always the most desired ones after the pump already happened. $PEPE last month. $ADA last cycle. $XRP before that. Out of all of these not many retail traders really bought those early. There are many more examples btw but point is that in a real life environment not many people would like a pair of shoes that doubled in price since last week. Basic logic quickly fades away due to diverse emotions like fomo when everyone talks about something. Keep the same logic you would use in a real life scenario. You would be surprised how much of a better trader you would be. Nova out ❤️
