Martin O’Neill’s impact on Celtic’s season has been nothing short of outstanding. 16 games. 13 wins. 2 draws. 1 defeat - away in Europe to Midtylland. 38 goals scored and 12 conceded. He has the team playing with belief and purpose again even when not at their best.

Martin O’Neill: 8 games, 7 wins, 1 defeat. Wilfried Nancy: 8 games, 2 wins, 6 defeats. O’Neill didn’t have a pre-season to prepare either although of course he knows the club, standards, expectations, culture etc. His Celtic fought. Nancy’s Celtic collapsed second half v Rangers (having dominated first). Issues with board predate Nancy but he’s obviously struggling. Painful to see, it can’t go on. When a team collapses like that, it’s far deeper than individual mistakes, it’s often collective lack of belief in the manager. Why didn’t board ask MON to look after team until the summer and then appoint a permanent head coach from a stronger list of candidates? Surely that's the sensible decision to make now. Celtic are a huge club, passionately supported, and they need appointments that reflect their size. #CelticFC

Wythenshawe FC have an over 35’s team that play Sunday League for them. Some of the players included in the team are Papiss Cisse, Stephen Ireland, Emile Heskey, Maynor Figueroa and Oumar Niasse. Imagine rocking up on a Sunday morning and seeing you’re facing these lot 🤣🤣🤣
