@virginmedia Sorted this ourselves. Virgin Business router supports VPN access. No one suggested this. Perhaps you are separate businesses?
English

@virginmedia Is there someone I can discuss this with who is an expert on your systems? The folk you call are not.
English

@virginmedia They can’t. Been there done that. What will they suggest that’s new?
English

@virginmedia OMG. This is a nightmare. But listen that can’t be true. Our IT folk can activate the previous router if we are given one. Please do this
English

@virginmedia Oh no not again. I feel I’m going round in circles. The solution is simple give me back the previous router. Please.
English

@virginmedia Of more importance is that I’m unable to access computer files on our shared system when travelling. New router not handling that.
English

@virginmedia No. Sorry lost the plot at that point. Not sure what an engineer can do. The new router doesn’t work in a house with technology like ours.
English

@virginmedia One switched it off and on again to no avail. One wanted engineer to help but we would have to pay. Just want previous router back. Aargh..
English

@virginmedia New TV box not working either. Needs Ethernet cable not supplied. Our system doesn’t work with cables. Mess.
English

@virginmedia Called the team many times. No help. Just want previous router back. Refused.
English
