Make your OC fucking EVIL. Just dont justify their actions or make excuses why they are who they are. Look at characters like Griffith, Mahito, Handsome Jack, Hidan, Ozai, Homelander, Omni Man, Peace Keeper, The Unknown, Ghot Face, Michael Mayers, Wesker, The Joker, Judge Holden, and Johan Liebert. HELL, You can even add every killer from DbD All of these are villains depicted as pure evil. That doesn't stop them from being interesting and damn near PERFECT antagonist.
