Fly in 2x weeks, my application has been “processing” since 20th April. Do not trust it to arrive in time I need to upgrade urgently but calls cut off straight away doesn’t even let you get into que!!! Is there any other way to request upgrade
@IwanOwen3 I had the option to go, but the local office is quite far from me so they are sending next day today to arrive for tomorrow. It was the Liverpool office processing too.
I would drop a follow up email if you haven’t already, as I did that this morning so not sure if that helped!
@HM_Passport I am still waiting on a phone call back from the Durham upgrade team, I travel on the 15th.
I am running out of time. Please get someone this out. This is unacceptable
