🚨 Urgent Appeal for Justice 🚨 I'm in the US right now & it's so painful to see my father suffer with thugs trying to take up his property with Police literally looking the other way. I'm posting this on behalf of my father in case X can help. A senior citizen, Mr. Rajendra Jaiswal, 64, residing at 4/348 A Saraya Goverdhan, Chetganj, Varanasi is being harassed as hooligans led by an employee broke the locks of his shop situated at C 30/35, H-1, Maldahiya, Varanasi and illegally occupied the premises. The employee claiming to be the owner of the shop has replaced the locks and is harassing all other family members from the property. Despite repeated pleas to the UP Police, no FIR has been registered. Instead, the complainant was thrown out of the police station and calls to the helpline have gone unanswered. This comes after an intimation was given to the Police last night that this might happen. Mr. Jaiswal’s family resides abroad, leaving him vulnerable with no one to help. There is a clear threat to his life and property. My letter which has been submitted to police on 24.11.2024 at late night recorded all the facts however, the police has failed to take action. The apprehensions as mentioned in the letter dated 24.11.2024 have completely become true. This person is a relative who has a Gun & has been indirectly threatening for a long time. I've recordings of him cornering me & harassing me. He's constantly trying to extort money. Unfortunately, this comes when I hired him & have given him a stable job for years. He decided to keep my property. Now I have a real threat of my life and property and with no assistance from the police I am writing this post to bring to the attention of #ministry of corporate affairs #UP CM Office #BJP Sangh. It's a cry for help! If there's someone honest & wants to help. I've all the documentation / rights / proof of no wrong doing. Instead, I'm being harassed & the SHO of Sigra police station, Varanasi seems to take no action. ______________________________ It's such a helpless feeling to be away from family for work. I request the authorities to take swift action. I do understand that CM was in Varanasi today which might've led to shortage of police force but I hope we get some help!
