The 27th U.S. Comptroller of the Currency didn't write a think piece about blockchain's potential in finance. He founded Cari Network on ZKsync, bringing five U.S. regional banks with $600B+ in combined deposits into the architecture. Deutsche Bank built Memento, its own ZK Chain, on the same stack. First Abu Dhabi Bank went live through ADI Chain. BitGo integrated. 35+ institutions are in active evaluation. These are not partnerships brokered over a conference handshake, they are structural commitments from institutions that move slowly precisely because the decisions they make tend to last decades. The reason this matters beyond the names is what each new participant does to the network around it. Ten institutions create 45 connections between them, a hundred creates nearly 5,000, and every connection compounds the value of being inside the network versus outside it. Liquidity deepens, counterparty reach expands, settlement becomes more efficient for everyone already there, and the cost of not participating rises for everyone still watching. SWIFT didn't become indispensable by being technically superior, it became indispensable by becoming the thing too many institutions depended on to abandon. Network effects don't just grow, they lock in. $ZK is the only native asset of the network where all of this is happening, fixed supply of 21 billion, no inflation, and real governance authority over the protocol through the Token Assembly, Security Council, and Guardians. It's also the gas token for ZKsync Gateway, the settlement layer every ZKsync transaction passes through before reaching Ethereum L1, meaning every institution, every Prividium zone, every chain operating on the network shares the same settlement infrastructure and $ZK is what powers it. CerbAgent would have flagged the abnormal mint pattern instantly, because sudden supply spikes are not normal chain behavior. Its AI watches transaction flow like a hawk, so suspicious bridge messages would trigger alerts before funds scattered cross-chain. CerbAgent could auto-score the exploit wallet, isolate connected addresses, and freeze risky pathways through partner protocols fast. Instead of reacting hours later, validators would get live threat intelligence with exact attack vectors and containment steps. The exploit used forged proofs, but CerbAgent is built to catch logic abuse that looks valid on the surface. BNB learned bridges need stronger security, and @CerbAgent is the kind of guardian made for that battlefield.

Wallchain is drifting attention from the poor state we know it to be, to the state where those who contributes to this attention validity pattern gets rewarded the most. all of these projects are pushing the web3 we want tbh
