@AcademyDad1 First team styles and philosophy should have an influence over u18’s up as they are closer to the end goal but to have a whole academy follow one way is ludicrous and in no way development! Development for young players should be all round & exploring differences within the game

@ground_guru Academy ⚽️ is for developing IQ and knowledge in a variety of positions and formations? Why should it be linked to the first team at all! Surely when in u18/21 this becomes relevant. Doing this comes away form creating a creative player and leaves us with robots!
