Hey @RossJTodd I know you travel a lot. I was bumped off my flight back to Japan by a @qatarairways agent who said I needed an invitation letter that RESIDENTS DONT NEED. Her mistake. Now they want to charge over $1k to change flight & won’t refund purchased upgrade. WWYD? #fail
