@NVIDIAGeForce If I want a game to look so dramatically different to its original vision, I use actual mods not AI slop rendering models. I kind of feel a company that makes graphics cards should work towards helping a game achieve it's visual intent, not make it look worse

So, what's that Ross guy been doing? Well, working on my last ever piece of Totally Accurate Battle Simulator content. TABS was a foundational part of my channel since over 3 years ago. It's a final cinematic battle royale. A challenge that goes far beyond just combat.

@WAVArchive There is something so surreal about listening to the original Supergott album before it got Caramellagirlified. It's enjoyable in it's own right. It makes me feel oddly lost to listen to, like a time that will never return. The girls version is just a sugar rush by comparison.

@Kyuppin Some factors: Run cycles are widely practiced. Specialised anims may be more costly - they take more time. Cost may go up if they have to actually design something. Less if they have something to work off. Pixels, frame-by-frame or vector can vary in cost from artist to artist

Sometimes I find life becoming quite difficult, not because anything specific happened to me, but my surrounding becoming uninteresting. gen-AI have integrated deeply into our daily lives as we expected. Even if not looking at the phone, We can still see a flood of graphic on the street got gen-AI involved. What's the problem can be? They believe that using AI can make creativity easier to achieve, but to me, the creations all look identical. No matter where ppl live, those who use gen-AI rely on the service of just a few companies as you can count in hands. Another example: There are many educational pages I've been following for a long time. I used to love their diverse and vibrant content, but now I see their posts writing styles becoming similar; their generated image clearly from the same gen-AI. Had me felt all their unique character has vanished. I feel frustrated that forced to live in a world that purely pursues efficiency and no longer values uniqueness or culture.🫤
