Girls are not winning is most of them raise gangstas, thugs and criminals, I don’t see the win, I see exploitation, women are being taken advantage of by the system. Let me ask you how many times have you seen a post like this where they celebrate single men or statistics on their achievements, they don’t and that’s because they know we men don’t care, we don’t give a fuck, but women care so much so they keep celebrating them and make being a single mother glamorous to them, they sell the idea to them subconsciously, when you hear them say single moms, they mean broken homes, isn’t that sad. A lot of weak women will file for divorce after seeing a post like this cause they wanna belong in that group since the internet makes them feel successful, time will tell.

That drive that you mentioned is a gift in a world where most people lack it, some people want to have that drive but there’s something in them that keeps settling, they just wait for life to happen to them, they don’t poke life in the face, that drive scarce, na passion plenty but drive no too plenty.

If I wasn’t born poor, would I have been this hardworking and ambitious? 🤔 Lately I have been thinking about this a lot.

You’re dumb asf, they’re giving you temporary stuff in exchange for permanent (more money to the lenders pocket anyways) cause yall don’t see the game and how women are being used against the family system, you’re not seeing that there’s a system funding this women’s right movement just to break the family, the same people use blogs to hype single women up and make them think being a single parent is cool, but the love for material things and competitive nature will not let you see what women are losing, you’re losing true happiness (family, good children, good partner) these are the things that contributes to our purpose and can give permanent happiness, stop being foolish and eating the bait of this matrix.

@Richie_Silver @paulg I hate cool stuff, being cool is near irrelevance, I want people to ask me “are you insane” or “have you lost your mind”

A rule of thumb that has served me well: Beware of anything with "innovation" in the name.

@paulg Just the same way sleeping over at someone’s house became Airbnb and everyone calls it that name now, even here in Nigeria short term rentals that are not on the Airbnb platform are called Airbnb, crazy stuff

This is a really good heuristic. The only downside is that someone will later invent a name for what you do, and you probably won't like it.

@paulg @RotimiAji "Innovation" is a noun without a verb. It names the destination but can't show you the receipts. "Machine learning" or "materials science" can be verified: you can point to a paper, a model, a result. No one's ever filed a patent on "innovation."

@paulg I kind of agree with that, a lot of people use the word innovation as a verbal display of intelligence but if you’re not disrupting anything or changing anyone’s behaviour, there’s no innovation in sight, just some nuance garbage wrapped in English.

@RotimiAji I'm not 100% sure. I just noticed a pattern of lameness. But I think the reason is that innovation doesn't come from focusing on innovation per se, but from focusing on something more specific, like startups or machine learning or materials science.

I’m not necessarily saying the prayer is what will save the country, the problem we have as Nigerians is that we expect everyone to change at the same time, we expect everyone to protest at the same time meanwhile change starts with you, change starts with me, if you pray for the country and you pronounce positively to the country it will condition your mind to do the right things like adding value to the society and you will prosper but the more you curse it the more your mind gives up on the country and that automatically makes you reduce your expectations from life, so I think it’s best we pray for our land so it can favor us, pray that Nigeria will favor you, we all can’t change at the same time, we can’t pray at the same time, just say your own prayers and ask this land to favor you, people are living heaven on earth in this same country that’s tough as hell for most, your own is to be one of them my bro.

The facts that you are quoting bible is very hilarious, despite the prayers being rendered on this Jerusalem, has there being any progress. God didn't just say it once-through Psalms, Isaiah, and the prophets, He keeps promising peace, protection, and restoration for Jerusalem. Psalm 122:6–7. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. Talk another thing abeg. Country that they have been praying for since decades

Corruption is not Nigeria’s biggest problem. The real problem is the lack of love for the country. We don’t have enough people who genuinely care about Nigeria, and that’s where everything starts from. A large percentage of Nigerians don’t even understand what it means to love their country. Because if you truly love Nigeria, you will do right by it. And until that is fixed, we can’t make real progress.
