@DanielHeithorn Nice. I'm sure it will do the trick 👏 Before I went to Japan I looked at the jab but was scared of side effects. In the end I just are 1 meal a day for about 2.5 months. I lost over 15kg but was hungry, grumpy and felt quite weak and lightheaded at times 😅

@Rotmm Mounjaro. It's more effective than Ozempic and has less side effects due to my doctor. He tried it on his own before recommending it to others 😂
