i feel pathetic it wasn't even a real relapse I wanna cut deep so I can have a real relapse but I think he'd probably skin me

I'm hungry and my head hurts but I just need that control right now

I hate how needy I am I'm so needy and clingy it's disgusting maybe he's right

I guess I just needed control everything feels out of my control but I have 2 things I can control

Can I still count myself as 3 and a half months clean sense it didn't break skin

I haven't had this bad of a panic attack in a while they usually only last like 10 minutes but this has been almost 2 hours I can't stop crying I can't take deep breaths I feel like I'm gunna die I need him

I wish I went deeper but I know he'd be more mad if I went my regular depth but it feels like whyd I even do it if I can't break skin? Idk maybe thatll teach me not to do it again
