Direction, player was moving up field from the wing, no other defender than Powell, and very likely offensive player would have control. I’m an FCC fan and have zero issue with the red. Expected it right away.

@Rottinghaus_P @RippsRock @fccincinnati So I literally shut it off a minute before this so I didn’t see the play, but for it to be DOGSO you have to meet distance from goal, direction of play, number of defenders, and likelihood of control. If any of those aren’t met, it’s not DOGSO.
