Roundhay Year 4

Rumaysa was a hit! The children were so excited by their new core text last half term ✨✨✨ They wrote diary entries inspired by the main character, who lets down her hijab and makes a daring escape… @radiyahafiza @MacmillanKidsUK #Rumaysa

And the adventure continues!! More archery and cycling through the woods! Some of our less confident cyclists rose to the challenge, what superstars they are! 🌟Bushcraft today was a big hit, deep in the dark woods lots of fun was had learning new skills. More photos in comments.

Day 2 and the sun is shining! We started the day with a breakfast of cereal, fruit, toast, eggs and beans. 😋 Now onto our activities! First up., Climbing! See comments for more photos.

Day 1 for 4AM on our residential! We are having a fabulous time! We’ve climbed up high, cycled through the woods and practiced our Archery skills. After a night time walk, it’s time for hot chocolate, birthday cake and a bedtime story.. more photos in comments ☺️

Reminder that 4AM have outdoor learning tomorrow. Please can all children bring warm clothing as it is forecast to be dry but cold tomorrow. Thank you.

Thank you to all the parents in 4TM for your kind words and thoughtful cards and gifts. It has been an absolute pleasure and a privilege to teach your children this year. I will miss them all, but I am so excited to see their progress in Yr5! Have a fabulous summer 4TM! ☀️☀️
