With seemingly less interest from the usual amounts of local media for the WCWS for obvious reasons (OU/OSU), we figured we would re-engage @NCAA on their egregious decision to deny RTS credentials after 12 years of covering the event. #WCWS #Rounding3rdSB

@NJCAASoftball Championships will be played between Choccolocco Park in Oxford and nearby Jana McGinnis Field at Jacksonville State University.

The @NJCAA has announced a long-term site agreement for their Division I and II Softball Championships. Both events will play in Oxford, Alabama starting in 2028, with the deal lasting through 2034. #Rounding3rdSB

Larabee has been battling a rare form of blood cancer the past two years which forced him to sit out the 2025 for @FIUSoftball.

Mike Larabee is retiring as head coach at Florida International. Larabee spent five seasons leading the Panthers. @FIUSoftball went 34-18 in 2026 completing a turnaround after inheriting a program that won 14 games in 2021. #Rounding3rdSB
