@RoverDotCom rover had a horrible experience with one of your sitters and your staff are refusing to compensate us, even though our pet only stayed 1 night out of 8. Anytime we try to get a hold of somebody they say they’re in a meeting and we never are able to talk to a live person. Help?

I've had five flights get cancelled since Friday to get home, due to the snowpocalypse in the midwest/south. I was starting to get concerned about the safety of my pets (power outages, etc.). My @RoverDotCom sitter just risked their own safety to go make sure that my little ones were okay. What a badass! Definitely giving them a FAT tip! 1000/10 service and care

@RoverDotCom hey so rover this is unacceptable. Not only did I still not get refunded for this entire mess, I had to pay twice as much I already paid rover to get my dogs out of impound because of your carelessness. Also the sitter stole over $100 of brand new dog supplies.

Is 16 hours of dog neglect worth only a $50 credit? @RoverDotCom thinks so. My dogs were left crated for 16hrs, soiled themselves, and were let out off-leash. Now Rover is hosting a retaliatory review from the sitter that contains physical lies about my home’s security.
