RBC Training Ground is back! On Saturday April 9th RBC Training Ground is taking place at the Canada Games Centre in Halifax.
Anyone ages 14-25 can participate in the event for free! All they have to do is register online at rbctrainingground.ca!

Indoor Rowing Day in Canada is now less than two weeks away.
On Saturday, the 26th from 9am-noon (local time) indoor rowers from across Canada will get on their ergs and submit kilometers to cross Canada!
