RBC Training Ground is back! On Saturday April 9th RBC Training Ground is taking place at the Canada Games Centre in Halifax. Anyone ages 14-25 can participate in the event for free! All they have to do is register online at rbctrainingground.ca!

Wednesday Workout #8 10-15 min warm-up. 20 sets of 1 min on, 1 min off. 5 pieces at 18, 20, 22, and 24spm. You can modify this workout to do less or more pieces to make it more or less challenging.

Wednesday Workout 7 4x2km - 500m + 500m + 500m + 250m + 250m at 20/22/24/26/28spm. Take 5min rest between each 2km set. Make sure to warm up and cool down properly. You can modify this workout to make it more or less challenging based on your fitness level.
