Great talking to Carson and Rowan Legion pitcher Kendal Sifford today about Catawba commit. Story soon. He’s 6-3, 180 now but looks really slim and doesn’t gain weight easily. He said he’s making himself pick up a fork more often. He’ll be pitching for Cougars in fall league.
