4/4but I’m interested to know if we’ve now moved beyond the most violent and damaging aspects of post-2010 estate regeneration that are still playing out in the case of the Aylesbury, like Cressingham, Heygate etc

3/4 obviously ‘the game’ is still heavily weighted against those most affected and there is a long way to go toward achieving genuine power sharing and democratic control (some interesting cases out there),
