@FatossssJ People need to stop voting for erdogan and the Turkish people need to understand the deep level of corruption that exists. They won’t help them. Even the hospitals fell down. The earthquake is only part of the problem. The rest is the buildings.

@FatossssJ The government is not helping them and the money won’t reach the people. Putting money to them is a waste. No aid has arrived. It is the citizens and NGO that are moving in. The government had many years since 1999 to prepare, it took many taxes for this purpose.

@AngelaSterritt I think white people from refugee, migratory, and lower class ancestry don’t want to be associated and labelled as privileged and I can understand this. It’s a very different hand to being a descendant of the aristocracy or ruling white settling and landowning classes.

@AngelaSterritt I come from a white refugee ancestry - so yes moved and settled somewhere. I think it’s important to remember that various Caucasian peoples particularly Easter Europeans have also been marginalised, enslaved and persecuted throughout history.

@AngelaSterritt Also that even today modern slavery and persecution of white peoples among ethnic races exists. The uk is today responsible for an estimated 100,000 modern slaves many of whom will be white Eastern European. My ancestry have suffered various forms of slavery throughout history.
