I can see you have a lot to say. But I don't see why it's so difficult for you to understand simple things. I've said clearly multiple times I'm not talking about self defense. You have every right to self defense as far as it is self defense. Defending those you care about is also self defense. Defending a stranger is also self defense because you would not be able to live with yourself if you just stood there and watched. Do you struggle with basic reading comprehension? Did you graduate from grade school yet?

But if you’re a pacificist just say that. If someone breaks into your home and wants to rape your wife and gunpoint, you can do something about it; but you choose to be “good” and pacifist and you are against the use of all violence, you can do that; but you may also die a coward.

It’s the intended use of violence that defines evil. Someone could be mastering violence in order to inflict pain and chaos and establish power over others, others seek to be well-practiced in violence in order to protect and defend. It’s only in defense that it is not evil. Does that make sense??? I thought everyone knew this inherently when reading this quote.

Violence and evil are two sides of the same coin. Can you be evil without being violent in any way (not just physically alone)? And if you are violent in any way (I'm not talking self defense), then are you not evil automatically? Evil implies violence created that evil in the first place. An honest reply to violence is more violence? Violence is a reflection of fear, by being violent one simply feeds fear. And fear, ultimately, becomes self-destructive. Being violent is for cowards.
