I get he is a rookie second round pick but what is the worst that could happen if the Knicks put Diawara out there for a stretch in Game 4? Imo if Mikal has another off game, I would give it a shot… I bet Mo can score more than no points in a game

Knicks blew game 2, they had it and they took their foot off the gas and a credit to the Hawks they took advantage
Should have been up 2-0 going into last nights game and then Game 3 could be the one win for the Hawks in the series
But now they are down 2-1 with their backs against the walls
Knicks need to play THEIR game and not panic and they will win this series.
To the Hawks credit they are getting the Knicks out of their sets early and often and covering Brunson as well as anyone has.
Knicks need to get back to their relaxed dominant selves OR they will be sent to Cancun early - the Hawks are here and not f’ing around and not afraid

Wing defense has been good all series. Last defensive sequence and Mike Brown goes back to a shorter guard to guard CJ who has been cooking shorter guards the entire series. Puts his best defender on Okongwu, best big man defender on the bench. Not even Hart on CJ. Why?

@Arifromanhattan Don't you think it's a JB thing? Yea, Mikal sucks, but JB is way more of an issue for us right now, not that he doesn't play hard, but the way he plays is way too predictable and heavily relies on whistles bailing him out. Cannot defend, and not good at passing.

He’s too small. Can’t defend. Gets hunted relentlessly & he doesn’t have a feel for when to pass and not jock.

Brown on morale of the team: "I told them it's a seven-game series for a reason. Stuff is going to happen. There are plenty of teams that have been 1-2. I even think OKC was down 1-2 last year. I'm not saying we're going to win it, but you take one game at a time. This should sting because we gave ourselves a chance despite not playing our best basketball."
