The Focused Support Team recently launched ‘RMCH Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Autism Champions’ across paediatric areas of MFT. Champions will raise awareness around the needs of children and young people with mental health, learning disabilities or/and Autism. 💙 👏

We've been busy today in the Focused Support Team at Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital celebrating Learning Disability Nurses day. As part of this we've been sharing our staff profiles. #chooseldnursing #LDnurseday #inspireldnursing

Today was my last day at @NottsHealthcare, where I developed from a staff nurse within high secure forensic LD services, to a clinical team lead and non medical prescriber in the community camhs ID team. However it's now time for the next chapter in my LD nursing career!

An inspiring and uplifting day was had at the #FoNSLDFellowship celebration event, thankyou very much to @GiselleatFoNS @DrTheresaShaw and others. Not forgetting to also thank @gm_wood for the amazing cake!
