The amazing thing about this chart is what is missing (bar one - SAP, which incidentally had a huge profit warning last week and is now declining fast) is they are all American, Korean (only 1) or Chinese. Nothing from Europe or the U.K. How do we change that? Ideas?

@jake_pugh Actually, it leads to not only wealth CREATION (Gini coef)at the top via rampant asset inflation but also wealth REDISTRIBUTION as governments jump on the band wagon of ZIRP (zero interest rate policy) & recycle vast amounts of govt debt into new welfare programmes. #nolosers!!
