Are some of these patients candidates for RARC+UCS? @HaimHerzberg and @RoyManoMD just published their excellent work in UO about the natural history of non-curative treatment for MIBC. Reporting 65% of the patients suffered from recurrent hematuria and 37% carried a nephrostomy tube with median emergency visits of 4. @UrolOncol Important to convey this data to patients regarding the expected course of their disease when avoiding definitive treatment. Congrats @HaimHerzberg for the great work and thank you @shaygo1 and the group at RMC Urology for the collaboration.

@UrolOncol We evaluated a group of elderly patients with localized or locally advanced muscle-invasive bladder cancer who did not receive definitive treatment. 2-year CSS was 18%, 65% of patients had recurrent hematuria, 60% had a catheter, and 40% required nephrostomy tubes.
