@RoyalLondonHelp the government forced me to use an IFA when transferring a DB to a RL DC pension five years ago costing £10K. Please can you confirm that because the IFA was attached to my pension they received payments from RL each year after the transfer?

@RoyalLondonHelp hi is there a generic issue with the regular browser login. I sign in but get directed to the QR code for the mobile app which I already updated and can’t access my account. It’s only possible by clear cookies and history. The Cookie Monster is in overdrive!
