This role is not just managing, and is hands on and multi-channel. The expectation is 3–5+ years of experience working directly on brand and design, with strong brand design instincts and creative design background. 📨𝐂𝐑𝐌 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 – Responsibilities include building and managing automated CRM workflows, along with handling manual campaigns across email, SMS, pushes and in-app messaging. This is a more junior role and the expectation is 1–2 years of direct experience operating CRM platforms in sports. ⌨️𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 – Responsibilities include posting content, reporting and assisting in strategy. More cross-functional work required would consist of influencer outreach, community management, asset collection and execution on creative campaigns. This is an entry level role, although experience in sports is a plus. In addition, we are building up our product team under @NickelandDiming.
