i have a static idea: if you cause a wipe before the prog point, you contribute 1 million gil to the gil pool, and at the end of the raid night we split the gil evenly among everyone. if the wipe is at the prog point that's okay cuz it's prog. okay who's joining ??

@tenkayshijou The main reason I've left a group is because either people don't take the time to study, there's drama, or my favorite, nit pick at something that I did (my dot was three seconds late ONCE) and not what a different person did (they didn't have DP on for a 3/4 of a lock out)

Was talking to someone about this, why is it that the default in XIV seems to be to just have groups that go into raid with the expectation of blowing up after prog is done? Everyone complains about how awful recruitment is but most groups i see last like a tier and then implode
