They’ll rush to buy gold
Why hold dollars, stocks, or crypto if crash is right around the corner?
Seems perfectly logical
On top of that comes Trump’s political instability
Tariffs, China, Iran, Venezuela, Greenland
The result?
'Gold reaches $5,000 for the first time in history.'
But does gold rising really signal an imminent collapse?
Here’s every market crash of the 21st century:
Dot-com bubble (2000–2002):
S&P: -50%
Gold: +13%
Gold starts rising only after the crash hits.
2002–2007 recovery:
Gold: +150%
S&P: +105%
After a crisis, people don’t want to take risks
The fear of ending up with nothing again drives capital into gold
Global Financial Crisis (2007–2009):
S&P: -57.6%
Gold: +16.3%
Betting on gold turned out to be the right move

The crowd is so scared by headlines about:

that the only solution left seems to be panic-buying precious metals.
The risk is this:
If no crash happens, a massive amount of capital will be frozen in an asset that could range for an entire generation
