This is murder, and it’s staged.. The cops know that tasing causes motion… There is less than 0.5 seconds between tasing him and them shooting him… This is textbook what they teach cops to do to get rid of people who have evidence against them.. my friend was a sheriff he told me about it.. They probably pulled the girl over for drugs earlier that day, and told her she would go to jail if she didn’t snitch on the guy later for them, the prolly said they just wanted to arrest him, and that she needs to act like he’s crazy and she’s not involved cause that way she won’t get in trouble… (they planned to use this as evidence in support of use of force “even she was freaking out telling him to comply!
