Practice mindfulness during trades. Evaluate emotions before making decisions. Market is not against you or with you, its not moral or immoral, its just market. Use positive self-reflection to reinforce your trading plan and stay focused. Even the best traders or snipers had to start somewhere and were newbies at some point. You can do it ! Learn from losses. They are part of the game. Treat them as learning opportunities. Analyze, adapt and improve frens! Keep a trading journal. Record trades and analyze outcomes regularly.
