To rebuild an entire first team squad, land a number of players with serious European experience and lead them to 22 points after 13 games... Beating Chelsea and Bournemouth and taking points off sides including Arsenal, Villa and Palace along the way... I genuinely think it's one of the most impressive feats of recruitment I've seen in my lifetime.
