Some people don’t like you, they just like what you can do for them. They talk about you to people so they can’t be seen with you, but they still want to gain from you. Pay close attention to people’s actions, and protect yourself accordingly 🙏🏾

I wasn't even expecting the emotional evolution, but the deep hip stretching is unbelievably cathartic when you get in a routine and do it with music or even outside, randomly throughout the day. it's a phenomenal form of release, especially after dealing with deep grief.
