Took my Apple Watch today on my walk/jog this morning and found out I’ve only been walking about 1.2 miles instead of the 1.5 that I thought I was doing. With me being a bigger/taller person I take longer strides than the average person. An average person will take 2000 to 2500 steps in a mile while I’m probably doing inbetween 1500 to 2000. So this week I will be working towards getting 2 miles in every morning then eventually hawking down 10k steps daily which is almost 4 to 5 miles give or take. Weight loss and fitness is one of the hardest things in life to control but with good discipline and just showing up for yourself everyday you can do it. Give yourself 1 hour a day to work on the future you.
