I love @AudiUK vehicles but damn service people are terrible. Past two weeks I have been dealing with some incompetent individuals.
Also they’re not returning my car due to my service plan taking some time to appear, yet the money for plan can leave my account within in seconds.

Terrible service @YeloDrive . They confirm my refund amount via SMS and then confirm an incorrect amount via email. I dispute the amount which is only about SAR200 and are taking 3 weeks do simple maths. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. NEVER USING THIS RENTAL CO. AGAIN!
