Backend documentation by module/workflow/lage that tracks what other pages it goes to, schema, tables and columns it affects, api routes, auth permissions
Frontend documentation is user facing guides and so have Gemini look if one exists - if not create. Otherwise, check if Documentation and page are still in sync and if not tell me what’s different so can determine if program or documents are wrong.
I also have pre-commit hooks that run thousand tests, flake8 and few others .
Small commits, larger PRs also help as Claude can always review git.

Claude literally sees session length as a legitimate reason to end the session, and that is preventing it from doing its best work because it becomes obsessed with ending the session.
This is so pervasive I'm almost certain it's RL'ed behavior or written into the harness of CC.
