Megu's design isn't based on a unicorn she's meant to be an ordinary horse The reason she has a deformed horn is because she has a rare condition that caused it to grow in this AU

Suigintou's design isn't based on a crow, it's actually based on the black backed magpie (Australian magpie) The color palette and personality are such a good match that I think it's a much more fitting choice than a crow would be☝️️
